We’ve all received emails from the companies we purchase products and services from asking if we want to review or leave feedback about those services. Whether it’s a hotel we’ve recently stayed at or the latest and greatest Black & Decker drill purchased on special offer, I now seem to receive an obligatory feedback request email with almost every online purchase I make. I even received an email the other day from John Lewis asking if I wanted to review a pair of socks I had purchased from them.
